Patricia Sonya Peters TalbottPatricia Sonya Peters Talbott passed away peacefully Oct. 19, 2015 at the age of 73. She would have made it to 74 on Oct. 27.Patricia was raised in Tukwila and went to Foster High School where she earned a scholarship to Central Washington University for flute and also where she met our dad, William Earl Talbott. When they left school they moved to Woodinville where they made their home. Woodinville is where they raised us four kids. Patricia was a resident of Woodinville for 40 years.Obituary: TalbottPatricia was involved in our PTA, coached soccer, worked at Cottage Creek Nursery and for years worked at the Woodinville Weekly with her friend and boss Carol Edwards. She was also associated with the Sons and Daughters of Norway. Patricia also helped start the Saturday markets in Redmond and Woodinville.She really enjoyed her crafts, making jewelry and sewing, which led to a career making teddy bears out of vintage furs.After her husband Bill retired, they moved to Cathlamet, Washington, where they lived for 14 years until she fell ill with kidney failure.Mom and Dad would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary Dec. 3.She is survived by her husband, William Earl Talbott, and her four children, Angel Siglindie Talbott Fisher, Bill Talbott, Inga Routh and Malina Grail. She also had five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who will miss her dearly, as well as many other family and friends.A memorial service will be held Dec. 5 at the Sons of Norway Lodge in Kelso, Washington at 2 p.m.In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite local charity in Mom’s name.
