Donzetta Marie Drumheller

Donzetta Marie Drumheller of Woodinville, Wash. was called to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Integris Miami Hospital, Miami, Oklahoma while being held by her husband, Dan. She was born on December 17, 1934 in Carnegie, Oklahoma and was the first child of Ernest Lee and Ruth Irene Loyd Bigbie. Donzetta grew up in Carnegie where she was active in the Baptist Church, enjoyed participating in vocal performance and competition, and graduated from Carnegie High School in 1953.Donzetta Marie DrumhellerIn 1992, Donzetta married Daniel Allen Drumheller and the two of them continued living in Woodinville. After they were both retired, there were frequent road trips visiting friends, family and historic sites across the country until travel became difficult. Donzetta’s greatest joys in life were her family and friends, especially her time with her children and grandchildren. Other pleasures came from her house, her yard, her flowers and the dolls and collections that seemed to be everywhere.She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Karen Gayle Gardner. She is survived by her husband, Daniel A Drumheller; son, Kimble Dean Austin Gardner and wife, Piper; brother, Darrell W Bigbie and wife, Sharon Ann; step-daughter, Teresa L Burress and husband, Mike; step-son, Daniel R Drumheller and wife, Michelle; grand-children, Jesse Graham, Aaron Graham, Taylor Drumheller, Daniel Drumheller and Makenzie Drumheller; “adopted” daughter, Tami Strumbeta and husband, Troy along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery, Lynnwood, Washington. A Celebration Service is being planned but is not yet scheduled.In lieu of flowers, please send memorials in Donzetta’s name to American Diabetes Association or American Heart Association.
