Reported missing near the top of Mt. Rainier while mountain climbing the first of July.

Preceeded in death by father, Ken Lewis, stepfather, Bill Burgess. Survived by mother, Doris Lewis-Burgess of Omaha; brother, Fletcher Lewis of Edmond, Okla.; sister, Carlyn (Donald) Knowles of Riverside, Calif.; step-sisters Cathy Burgess of Edinburgh, Scotland; Sarah Burgess, Molly (Dennis) Smith, and stepbrother John Burgess, all from the midwest. Nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at The Duvall Church, 15510 First Ave, at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 15th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Mt. Rainier National Park search and rescue.
