Teresa Luana Wagner: May 4, 1953 - September 1, 2020

Teresa WagnerTeresa Luana Wagner, 67, of Woodinville, Washington, passed away on September 1, 2020. She was born to parents Anna Lou Valentine and Eugene Valentine, on May 4, 1953, in Wilmington, Ohio.She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clinton Massie in 1971.She went on to study Education at the University of Washington and graduated with a BA in History.Teresa worked as an elementary teacher for 26 years.After 26 years of service, she retired from Cottage Lake Elementary in 2019.She enjoyed gardening, sewing, beating dad at cards, reading, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She won Teacher of the Year twice during her illustrious career and received a Bill Gates Foundation Grant.Teresa met Thomas Wagner in 1972 at Wright Patterson Air Force. They were married on June 23, 1973, at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. Together they raised three children: Jennifer, Jason and James.Teresa is survived by her husband Thomas Wagner, daughter Jennifer Morgan, son Jason Wagner, and son James Wagner.She was preceded in death by her mother, Ana Lou Valentine and her father, Eugene Valentine.The family has entrusted Neptune Society with the arrangements. A virtual celebration of life will be held for family and friends on October 17.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the ASPCA, and Wounded Warriors.
