Angel Street performances rescheduled for this weekend
Woodinville Repertory Theatre is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated "Angel Street" opening on Friday, June 16. Following the unfortunate cast illness that led to the postponement of the initial two weekends, we are excited to bring this captivating psychological thriller to the stage finally.
The performances are scheduled for this weekend, June 16 through 18. The shows are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and a matinee at 2 p.m. on Sunday. The theatre is pleased to inform its patrons that the same schedule and showtimes will be maintained for the following weekend: Friday, June 23, Saturday, June 24, and Sunday, June 25.
Should there be a demand for additional performances, they are open to adding another show during that weekend. The theatre will keep patrons updated on any changes.
The venue for the performances is the Sammamish Valley Grange, located at 14654 148th Ave NE, Woodinville, in the heart of the Hollywood District.
"Angel Street," also known as "Gaslight," is a spellbinding play set in London, written by Patrick Hamilton in 1938. This gripping tale revolves around Bella Manningham and her husband, Jack, who cunningly attempts to convince her of her descent into madness. As Bella's world crumbles, a retired detective emerges to assist her in uncovering her husband's true motives before it is too late. Audiences have been captivated by Hamilton's masterful storytelling, and the suspense builds until the very end.
For those who purchased tickets for the initially postponed weekends, the theatre has facilitated exchanges or refunds. If you have yet to do so and wish to change your dates or receive a refund, please contact them at cblainester@gmail.com.
