James MacDonald
James MacDonaldJames MacDonald, 22, always a fearless flier, has spread his wings and now soars over us all. James grew up and lived in Woodinville and graduated from Woodinville High School in 2007.He was an avid risk taker who enjoyed skiing, particularly moguls and big air, mountain biking, long-boarding and anything else that supplied adrenaline, acrobatics, wind and pushed him beyond limits.
James loved his pets, especially his cat Frisky, golf and enjoyed being a part of the "hydro" races in the family pond.
He cherished close relationships with his family and friends and was loved by many.
Most will remember his charismatic grin and his ability to make people laugh and smile.
James struggled with an invisible illness and it robbed him, his friends and his family of the hardworking athletic boy they once knew.
James MacDonald will be missed, but he has finally found peace.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to NAMI Eastside (425) 885-6264. He is survived by his father and mother, Steve and Jeanie MacDonald, and his sister, Christine MacDonald, among many other family and friends. He is welcomed by others, especially his beloved grandfather.
