Marv WorkmanIn 1964 he married Carolyn Jo Williams, who predeceased him, and raised four children: Joe, Andy, Jennifer and Jill.He moved to Woodinville in 1978 where he established his accounting business.He was active in the community — a founding trustee of the Northshore Scholarship Foundation, a charter member of the Woodinville Rotary Club established in 1987 and the club’s first full-term president.In recognition of his many civic contributions over the years, the Rotary Club established the Marv Workman Business Scholarship at the University of Washington Bothell.He was a kind, caring and generous man who was known for his hard work, great humorous personality and passion for the Huskies. He was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.Services and a celebration of his life will be Sunday, September 30, at 2 p.m. at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Redmond (11526-162nd Ave NE; 98052). In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Marv Workman Rotary Scholarship, Northshore Scholarship Foundation, P O Box 173, Bothell, WA 98041.
