Joe Michael HaleyBorn in Southgate, California, to Joe and Frances Haley on January 23, 1937, Joe eventually became a fire sprinkler contractor.He belonged to SIRS Club 36, as well as the Kuumba Jazz Center, as he was very fond of jazz music.Joe enjoyed cars and motorcycles and was an avid bicyclist. He carried on his love of racing bicycles from a young age through adulthood. He much enjoyed exercising on West Cliff and loved the ocean.He is survived by his wife, Candace; his children, Cris, Scott and Kelly; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Norman Evenson and Dee Dee and Doug Cohen, and his mother-in-law, Vivian Danz.His spirit will be missed by loved ones and friends alike.
