Bert William Hardan3/9/1925 - 10/7/2014Bert was born in Bellingham, Washington to Bert and Myrtle Hardan. He attended Bellingham High School then joined the Navy, serving as an armed guard.Bert was a business owner, meat cutter and livestock broker. He had a love for hunting, fishing, gardening and traveling with his family. He celebrated 66 years of marriage to his wife, Peggy, in August. Bert was preceded in death by an infant son, and his daughter, Susan (Patrick). He is survived by his wife, Peggy; son, William (Judy); daughter, Christina (David), son-in-law Patrick and grandchildren Erik, Matthew and Sean. A funeral mass will be held at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta (17856 N.E. Woodinville Duvall Rd., Woodinville, 98077) on Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. with a church reception to follow.
