In one Woodinville neighborhood, backyards turn out to be city property

While working on the trail behind Greenbrier Heights neighborhood, the city of Woodinville discovered that property lines for nine houses were marked incorrectly. After the city had the land re-surveyed, the property lines are only a few feet away from some houses like this one and cut through one or two homeowners’ patios. (Photo by Briana Gerdeman)
